Abstrakt

Celem artykułu jest przedstawienie doświadczeń osób studiujących przygotowujących się do pracy z dziećmi, biorących udział w module kształcenia z wykorzystaniem Video Enhanced Reflective Practice (VERP, wideo-wspomagana praktyka refleksyjna) oraz praktyce w żłobku. Badanie miało charakter jakościowy i stanowi ostatni etap dwuletniego projektu podłużnego. Dane zebrano w wywiadach fokusowych przeprowadzonych dwa miesiące po zakończeniu szkolenia i praktyk. Analiza tematyczna ujawniła trzy kluczowe obszary doświadczeń: postrzeganie komponentu teoretycznego i pracy z nagraniami jako „bezpiecznej ramy” wejścia do żłobka, przechodzenie od intuicyjnych do świadomie planowanych, uważnych interakcji z dziećmi oraz napięcia między nabytą wiedzą a realiami organizacyjnymi praktyki. Wyniki wskazują na potencjał metody VERP w łączeniu teorii z praktyką oraz na znaczenie kontekstu instytucjonalnego dla rozwoju kompetencji interakcyjnych studentów.
